弊社がまずお話を伺いに参ります。弊社事務所の仕事内容・設計事例などをご紹介させて頂き、ご要望をお伺い致します。
その後約2週間をいただき、案をプレゼンテーションさせて頂きます。
・提案について
平面図、立面図、完成イメージ図（CG）3枚以上にて案を説明させて頂きます。
・設計内容について
設計契約後、専属のスタッフを配置し迅速に対応いたします。構造設計家、環境エンジニア・設備設計者、積算技術者のネットワークで客観的な設計を行います。
確認申請書類等諸官庁への必要書類の作成、提出を行ないます。
・設計監理料について
個人住宅の場合は総工事費の10%～が目安とお考えください。
規模や予算によりパーセンテージが変わりますので、納得のいく金額でご相談の上決定させていただきます。
