サイドフレームが寝相の悪い子供の転落防止と、ベッドマットレスのズレを防ぐ。子供が寝付けば万々歳。中間レールをそっと立ち上げて親は安眠。大人がそれでも寝れないのは、日中モヤモヤして大脳の温度が高くなってしまっているから。スチール枕の角度を変え直接脳を冷やすのが得策。ただ、子供の夜驚症は打つ手がない。そっとさすってあげるのが良い。
建材のコンペ。かすりもしませんでしたが、思考のトレーニングになりました。

Bed for sleeping together
Side frames prevent children with poor sleeping habits from falling out of bed and prevent bed mattresses from shifting. Parents will be happy the child falls asleep, by gently raising the middle handrail, sleep peacefully. Adults still cannot sleep because they are bothered during the day and their cerebrum temperature is high. It is a good idea to change the angle of the steel pillow to cool the brain directly. However, there is no way to treat night terrors in children. It would be good to gently rub them.
This was a building materials competition. This idea didn't come close, but it was a thought exercise.

1.5m 出の⼤きな庇で建物のファサードを作ります。広々とした軒下空間で宅配、宅⾷の受け取りを楽々こなします。縦樋、軒天照明、インターフォン、防犯カメラ、サインを庇にまとめ、ゴチャつく⽞関の⼯事を簡素化します。

Full Entry Eaves
A large 1.5m eave creates the façade of the building. The spacious eaves space makes it easy to receive deliveries and deliveries by mail. It combines gutters, eave lighting, intercom, security cameras, and signage into the eaves, simplifying the process of building a cluttered entrance.

・どんなブラインドもIoT化 Blind Engine

Brunt Blind Engineは既存のブラインドに取り付け自動開閉させるガジェットです。作っているのは韓国のスタートアップ企業です。ブラインドを上げ下げするコードに本体を取り付けモーターで自動回転させる構造で、AC電源駆動のためコードのグリップ力が高くしっかり動きます。また単体でLANにつながるためネットワークは安定しています。スマートフォンのアプリもUIの完成度が高く設定も簡単。アプリ上でタイマー設定は出来ますが日の出、日の入設定が出来ません。

【スマートレベル0.5】
○Amazon Echo スキル対応（英語のみ）
　　Alexa, ask Brunt to raise Blind.
○Google Home 非対応
○IFTTT 非対応
　　
Echoスキルは汎用性が低く、残念ながら出来が良くありません。ユーザー評価も芳しくないようです。以前メールでIFTTT対応リクエストをお願いしましたが、Echoの日本語対応をまず目指しているとの返答がありました。BruntのHPではGoogle Home対応がアナウンスされています。期待しています。（GitHubにアンオフィシャルのAPIがあります。）

スマートレベルが上がれば死角なしの製品だと思います。

GW休暇を取りました。名もなき池（通称 モネの池）のある関市は、平成の大合併のとき、美濃市に編入合併を渋られV字のような形になってしまった市です。V字左ウイングの中心は透明度の高い板取川で、周辺にはキャンプ場が点在します。モネの池は左ウイングの真ん中あたりです。池もきれいでしたが綺麗な板取川の大自然に癒やされ、夏にまた来たいなあと思いました。
多治見モザイクタイルミュージアムも行きました。

On GW vacation, We went to Pond No Name (common name for Monet's pond) in Seki City. At the time of the city merger in Heisei, Because next Mino City reluctantly transferred the merger, Seki City became like a V character. The center of the left wing is high transparency ITADORI river, there are a lot campgrounds in the surrounding area. Pond No Name is located in the middle of the left wing. Pond No Name is beautiful, ITADORI river is beautiful, healed by the great nature, we should back in summer.

・使い慣れた家電もクラウド化 SwitchBot

SwitchBotはスマート家電でなくてもスマート化することが出来きるガジェットです。SwitchBot自体は家電ではありません。その構造はシンプルで、スマートフォンから遠隔操作すると爪を出し物理的にボタンを押します。オプションのハブにつなげばWifi接続が可能になり、IFTTT等のクラウドサービスに接続出来ます。作っているWonderLabs, Incは深センのスタートアップ企業のようです。
我が家はSwitchBotによってスマート化が無限に広がりました。既存の家電だけでなく、最新のクローズドネットワークの商品も無理矢理クラウド化することが出来ます。

【スマートレベル2】
○Amazon Echo スキル対応
　　音声コマンド "アレクサ、スイッチボットで玄関の電気をつけて"
○Google Home アプリ対応
　　音声コマンド "OK Google、玄関の電気をつけて"
○IFTTT 対応　　
　　音声コマンド "OK Google、玄関"
IFTTT経由にするとショートカット登録が可能で便利です。

我が家の一例は
・既存ガスヒーターの音声コントロール

・換気扇スイッチのタイマーコントロール

・カーテンの音声コントロール
一部カーテンにリモコン付き電動カーテンレールを使っています。リモコンでいちいちカーテンを開け閉めするのが面倒なので、リモコンにSwitchBotをくっつけ音声デバイスでコントロール出来るようにしています。

WonderLabs, Incはサポートも身軽です。新品の一台がうまく動かなかったためメールをしたところ、5分くらいで返事が来ました。"蓋開けて電池を抜き差ししてリブートしてみて"　直りました。ものすごくレスポンスがよく感動すら覚えました。

似たアナログスイッチにMicroPushという商品があります。使ってみましたが、スイッチ土台の不安定なのとハブの信用性が低く、安定していない印象でした。

WonderLabsはブラインドのIoT化商品も予定しているようなので楽しみです。

備忘録的にスマートホームについてまとめました。

・スマート家電のキープレーヤーIFTTT

家電ではありませんが間違いなくスマートホームの中心に君臨するIFTTT。
Linden Tibbets氏によって設立されたカリフォルニアの企業で、命名は「If This Then That」からIFTTT（イフト）です。家電本体でなく家電のクラウドサービスと他のサービスをつなげる仲人のようなサービスです。物理的な物体はありません。

Linden Tibbets氏いわく、 '私達の日常は、椅子の背もたれにジャケットをかけたり、手がいっぱいの時に腰でドアを開けたり、本来の意図以外のことを一日に何千回も考えず行う。このような創造的な動作を、自由度が低いデジタル世界の中でも出来ないかと考えたのが原点だ。'　とインタビューで答えています。

確かに、例えば、gmailでもLINEでもそれぞれで機能を拡張するオプションはいろいろありますが、2つをつなげることに対しては各社閉鎖的です。シンプルなインターフェイスで、コンシューマーがプログラムが出来なくても簡単にデジタル世界を広げることが出来る連携サービスといえるでしょう。似たような連携サービスでZapier、myThings、Microsoft Flowとかあります。

IFTTTも以前はgmail, slackなどWeb上のApplets（サービス）が中心だったのですが、スマート家電との相性が良く、今や音声デバイス（GoogleHome, AmazonEchoなど）とスマート家電のAppletsが中心になっています。音声デバイスから一旦IFTTTを経由してWifi接続の家電をコントロール、赤外線家電はさらにNatureRemo等経由してコントロール、BluetoothはNode.jsからコントロール。インプットとアウトプットをIFTTTを中心に計画することで、すべてを一元管理が出来るようになります。IFTTTのもつクラウドにすべて身を預けた操作起点が完成します。そういう点では音声デバイスのような入力端末よりも、優位な位置に立つサービスであり、間違いなくスマートホームの主権を握る企業といえるでしょう。

ここ最近、オープンネットワークに対応させていないスマート家電（スマートレベル0）は、本来の意味でのスマート家電ではなく、クローズドシステムに閉じ籠もったガラパゴス家電のように感じてしまいます。Samsung, LG, Philips など海外家電メーカーやクラウドファンディング系企業は積極的にオープン化、またはIFTTTにつなげることを前提に開発に取り組んでいます。BLEの商品でもHUBを持てばもれなく対応させてきます。

スマート家電が持つ純正アプリには、AmazonEchoのSkill、GoogleHomeアプリと接続出来るものがあります。（スマートレベル1）。音声端末との接続とは違い、IFTTTと接続出来る（スマートレベル2）はさらに細かな設定が出来る場合が多いです。

・家電を独自アプリで操作

【スマートレベル1】
・家電を音声デバイスで操作

【スマートレベル2】
・家電を音声デバイス入力以外でも操作
例えば、Instagramに自分がタグ付けされたら電気をつける。（必要性は謎です）

IFTTTを中心に私がスマートホーム化している一例は
・毎日、日没に自動でカーテンを締める　
Weather Undergroundを利用。日の出、日の入時間をIFTTTトリガーにし、SWITCHBOTを操作。

・GoogleHomeにプレステトルネと話かけ起動
PS4wakerを利用。音声デバイスからFIREBASEを経由してRASPBERRYPiを操作。

・ボタンを押してシーンコントロール（テレビ、エアコン起動）
Logitech POPを利用。物理ボタンから同時コマンドでIFTTT→NATURE REMOを操作。

スマート家電をIFTTTにすべて身を預けることになるので、セキュリティと相談しながら自身でレベル設定をする必要があります。

蛇足ですが、個人的には、この昔のロゴのほうが好きです。

鬼怒川温泉で遅めの冬休みを取りました。日光東照宮は久しぶりに行ったのですが、学生時代に感じた下品さは感じませんでした。学生時代にはデコ携帯の原型のように受け止めていましたが、今回は丁寧に作った派手めのトーテムポールのような印象を受けました。

We got the winter vacation in Kinugawa, Nikko and Oya. We went to Nikko Toshogu Shrine after a long time. I did not feel the vulgarity I felt when I was a student. While a student, I took it like a prototype of the deco mobile phone, but this time I got the impression like a fancy totem pole carefully made.

明けまして御目出度う御座います。
ブログが続かなくてすみません。事務所移転して大分慣れてきました。2018年は挑戦の年、収穫の年にしたいと思います。写真は弊社が担当したMビルディングです。間もなく竣工です。

富山～黒部～長野へ行ってきました。
ブログが続かなくてすみません。そこそこ忙しくしています。
東山魁夷 '緑響く'のモチーフになった御射鹿池。ただの池でしたが写真写りは良いです。
外国人観光客にあふれる黒部ダム。上から見るとWの型のウイング付アーチで曲線が合理的。
6月でも雪化粧が見事なみくりが池。
雪の大谷は今シーズンは雪が多く、過去2番目の高さ19mになったそうです。

We went to Toyama - Kurobe - Nagano.
Sorry for the blogs not continuing. I am pretty busy.
The Mishaka Pond which became the motif of "Higashiyama Kaii '' Green Echo ', although it was just a pond, photography is good.
Kurobe Dam full of foreign tourists. W type curved line is reasonable gravity dam with both wings.It was beautiful.
Snow makeup is amazing even in June this Mikuriga Pond.
Snow Otani has a lot of snow in this season, the second highest in 19 meters.

陣馬形山キャンプ場とトヨタ博物館へ行きました。陣馬形山キャンプ場は、中央アルプスの下に雲海が広がる絶景の天空キャンプ場でした。日本一と言われる景色を無料で開放している中川村に大変感謝しました。
念願のトヨタ博物館に行きました。トヨタの車のみならず、世界の自動車の歴史がわかる博物館でした。いつかは60年台の旧車に乗りたいなあと思います。

We went to Jinba-gata mountain camp site as known as 'the camp site in the sky'. It was superb view of central Japan alps, cloud sea below .We are very grateful to Nakagawa city has it free camp site.
Then we went to long sought Toyota automobile museum in Nagakute, Aichi. Not only Toyota cars but world wide cars, we can learn the history of automobile, it was great collection. someday I want to get 60's Japanese public car.

夏休みに駒出池キャンプ場へ行きました。八千穂高原は標高が高く涼しく、きれいに整備されたキャンプ場でした。白樺にハンモックをはって優雅な休暇を取ることが出来ました。

We went to Komadeike camp site during the summer vacation. Site was very clean and not crowded, cool in Yachiho Plateau. We enjoyed hammock in white birch forest.

道志の森キャンプ場にブッシュクラフトを行きました。川のせせらぎを聞きながら、穏やかな気持ちで、直火用のポットハンガーとスウェーディッシュトーチをつくりました。道志の森キャンプ場は広大で自由、設備も最小。私たち向きです。

Bush craft in Doshi forest camp site in holiday. With the sound of a rushing creek, We made a pot hunger for open fire and Swedish torch with Firebox. Doshi forest camp is huge, few rules, minimal facilities. We like.

GALAへふらりとスノーボードに行きました。雪山のビールと食事はどうしてこんなに美味しいのでしょう。ぼーっと雪山を眺めながら、それは無酸素運動をした時間の合計に比例して美味しくなるのではないかと考えました。

I went to snowboard to GALA Yuzawa. The beer and food on snow mountain Why so delicious. While watching snow mountains, I think it is to become more delicious in proportion to the total of the time in which the oxygen-free exercise.

明けまして御目出度う御座います。
年末にふもっとぱらへキャンプに行きました。疎らなキャンパーの中、夢のような景色を独り占めする事が出来ました。夜は満天の星空、朝にはマイナス5度に朝霧が立つ幻想的な風景があります。高原の前に広がる雄大な富士山を一日中眺めながら、一年の反省と今年の抱負を祈りました。

We visited to the Fumotoppara camp field close to Mt.Fuji. Among the sparse of campers, it was able to hog the Mt.Fuji scenery like a dream. Night sky the stars, Fantastic Morning mist at minus 5 degrees. I was overlooking all day majestic Mount Fuji spread in front of the highlands and wish for a good year.

遅めの夏休みをとってキャンピングカーで東北に行きました。鳴子温泉の吹上高原から始まり、仙台へ戻って、東松島、石巻、女川、南三陸、気仙沼、岩手に入り、陸前高田、大船渡、釜石、大槌、久慈、青森の十和田まで行きました。主に3.11の被災地をめぐり復興の現状をこの目で確かめたいと思いました。

We went to the northeast japan area with the camper to take a late summer vacation. It started from Fukiage of Naruko Onsen, go back to Sendai, Higashimatsushima, Ishinomaki, Onagawa, Minamisanriku, Kesennuma, Enters the Iwate, Rikuzentakata, Ofunato, Kamaishi, Otsuchi, Kuji and go to Towada in Aomori. I wanted to see the reconstruction of 3.11 desaster area in my eye.

あまちゃんの町へ行ってきました。津波の被害を受けた被災地ですが、美しい海とのんびりとした空気感で未来への希望を持てました。

I went to the town of Amachan NHK. It is a disaster area that was damaged by 3.11, but have a hope for the future in the beautiful sea and laid-back atmosphere.

岐阜に帰ってファミリーと長良川鵜飼を見に行きました。篝火をあげた鵜飼や総がらみは、幼い頃に見た記憶より遥かに迫力がありました。芸妓の踊り船は艷やかで、鵜匠さんが見せてくれた鮎は丸々と太って立派でした。大人になったのか、わかりやすく観光化されたのか、鵜飼を伝統芸能として楽しむことが出来ました。岐阜大仏や姪にも会って充実した帰郷になりました。

Me and my family went to see the Cormorant fishing on the Nagara River in Gifu. Fishing master boats with raised bonfires are much more powerful than memory as seen at an early age. Dancing boat was elegant, Fishing master showed big sweet fishes, Been clearly touristy for adult, we enjoyed the Cormorant fishing as traditional arts. Also it became wonderful trip to meet Gifu Great Buddha and my cute niece.

最近アウトドアを楽しんでいます。道具の中でも、このヘネシーハンモックは機能的で造形的に美しく気に入っています。蚊帳とタープがついていて、傾斜地でも数分で設営できます。景色の良い場所で張ることが楽しみです。

Recently I have enjoyed the outdoor life. Among the gears, this Hennessy hammock is lightweight, functional and beautiful. To have a mosquito net and a tarp, I can set-up a few minutes in the slope. I am always enjoying to find good view location for this.

弊社がリッチライフコンペ2014で優秀賞を頂きました。

数年ぶりにロンドンに行ってきました。イースト・ロンドンが盛り上がっていて驚きました。貧困層の街にアーティストたちが住み、やがて開発され豊かな人々が流れ込んでくるジェントリフィケーション状態だそうです。
古い地下鉄の狭さは日本にそっくりですが、新しい駅は広々としています。新しい地下駅も狭く作ってしまう日本と比べると、大きな違いは既存のその狭さに問題意識を持っているか持ってないかということでしょうか。

We went to London for the first time in years. We were really surprised with East end London changed to popular artistical Gentrification city.
Old subway narrowness is just like the Tokyo, but the new station of London is wide. Compared with the narrowness even the new Tokyo, Significant difference it is that don't have or have the awareness to existing its narrowness.

観光でスコットランド、エディンバラに行きました。エディンバラ城からホリールード宮殿につづくロイヤル・マイルやグラス・マーケットをはじめ、街が美しく活気に満ち溢れていました。増築で積み上げた建物の外観や、暗黒の深い地下、包み隠さず歴史を保存する姿に敬服しました。

We went to Scotland, Edinburgh in tourism. Royal Mile between Edinburgh Castle and the Palace of Holyroodhouse was beautiful and busy. City building that was built up in extension by extension with dark deep underground. We have admired the Edinburgh's spirit to save the openly history.

ノーザンライツ（オーロラ）を見るために、アイスランド、レイキャビークに行ってきました。ロンドンから北西へ3時間、意外にも西岸海洋性気候に属した、金融で湧く裕福な国です。ノーザンライツ、ゴールデン・サークル、ブルーラグーンなど自然の豊かな観光資源で観光客を多く迎える温かな街でした。世界最大の露天風呂ブルーラグーンで見た朝焼けは美しく感動的でした。

In order to see the Northern Lights, We went to Reykjavik Iceland as honeymoon. To northwest 3 hours from London, surprisingly West coast marine climate, a wealthy financial country. It was warm town to welcome a lot of tourists in the rich tourism resources like Northern Lights, Golden Circle and Blue Lagoon. The sunrise we saw in the world's largest open-air bath of Blue Lagoon, was beautifully impressive.

新年早々に、吉村順三設計の愛知県立芸術大学（1966）に詣りました。コルビジェのチャンディーガルを見に行った時のようにワクワクしながら散策しました。最高にカッコイイ建物群でした。

高校の親友、後藤淳くんのフレンチレストランに行きました。鯛のクリームソース、豚肉のプロバンス、ヌガー、パンまで、一品一品丁寧に作り上げている職人気質が伝わってきました。とてもお勧めです。

I went to a French Restaurant my high school best friend Jun Goto managing. Cream sauce of sea bream, Provence of pork, nougat, and original bread, craftsmanship mind makes up the dish carefully. Recommended.

夏休みに与那国島へ行ってきました。一番見たかった海底遺跡は、ラッキーな事に、海底遺跡の発見者である新嵩喜八郎さんに案内してもらいました。馬と牛がのんびりとした牧場に、誰もいないきれいなビーチ。贅沢な休暇でした。

We went to Yonaguni Island in a summer vacation. We visited the Yonaguni Submarine Ruins that we had wanted to see most in japan. Luckily, the discoverer Kihachiro Aratake guided us. Yonaguni horses, Cows, laid-back atmosphere, no one in the beautiful beach. It was a luxury vacation.

結婚指輪を作りました。以前、実家に帰省したとき、母親からカルティエのトリニティリングを譲り受けました。バブルのころ、父親からプレゼントで貰ったそうですが、派手すぎて使っていなかったそうです。
それをリメイクして、私たち夫婦とザックの三人分の結婚指輪にしました。石を外し、穴を埋め、槌目をつけて伸ばし作りなおしてもらいました。元のこってりしたデザインをすべて捨てて、リング機能だけにそぎ落としました。
ありがとうございます。
We made a wedding ring. When we went to my parents home, we took over the Trinity ring of Cartier from my mother. She got this as a present from my father in 90's, but it was too flashy for her.
We asked to remake this for us and Zak. Removing the stone, filling the hole, stretching and hammer it. Denying the original design, scraped off to only ring function.

鳥越祭りに行ってきました。担ぎ手の多さや見物人の多さに圧倒されました。

I went to Annual Festival of Torigoe Shrine. I was surprised by the large number of bystanders, parade of mikoshi and carriers.

愛・地球博記念公園（モリコロパーク）へ行ってきました。2010年に後から作られた地球市民交流センター、ネーミングが最高です。フェリチェ・ヴェリーニのアートはダイナミックでかっこ良かったです。日本語のみで英語のホームページが無いのが残念でした。
I went to Moricoro Park in Aichi prefecture; that used to be used as AICHI EXPO 2005. Chikyushimin Center (means earth people civic center) is built in 2010 after EXPO. that naming is nice. Felice Varini's art is dynamic and beautiful.

出張で富岡製糸場と千住博美術館に行きました。富岡製糸場は2度の大雪で桑場の屋根が崩壊していました。かなりショックな状況でした。東日本大震災でも問題なかったのに雪で潰れる、雪荷重を疎かにしてはならないなと思いました。
I went to Tomioka Silk Mill and Hiroshi Senju Museum. Some buildings of Tomioka Silk Mill were broken by 2 times snows dispite no damage of big earthquake, I was speechless out of shock. I was thinking I must take care of snow load. Hiroshi Senju Museum by Ryue Nishizawa was beautiful place.

アルツ磐梯に行ってきました。星野リゾートの運営になって初めて来ましたが、一気に洗練されていて驚きました。
　
I went to Alts Bandai. I came not until the management of Hoshino Resort. Really surprised to have been very sophisticated.

蔵王でバックカントリーをして来ました。スノーモンスター（樹氷）が乱立する壮大な景色の中で、人もまばら。最高の瞬間でした。
　
I went to Zao Yamagata prefecture to snowboard in mountain witch we call Backcountry Snowboarding. There were beautiful snowmonster(Hard rime) and few people. we enjoyed.

冬休みを利用して鹿児島から宮崎に行って来ました。宮崎の気候の良さにはびっくりしました。美々津の神武天皇東征の地、立磐神社、鬼の洗濯板、クルスの海、日南海岸。景色も歴史も、食べ物も最高で感動しました。

I went to Kagoshima to Miyazaki in the winter break. really surprised at the good climate of Miyazaki. Emperor Jimmu'rock and Shrine in Mimitsu, The ogre's Washboard in Aoshima, Cross Sea, Nichinan national park and so on. Best View, Best history, Best food in Japan.

冬休みに屋久島に行って来ました。標高が高い縄文杉あたりには雪が沢山残っており、壮大な景色が待ってました。オフシーズンで観光客は50人くらいしかいませんでしたが、かえって自然をゆっくり堪能出来ました。縄文杉までは登山口から往復約10時間、永遠続くトロッコ線路や手すりなし恐怖の橋などがあります。願わくは、このまま余計な整備をしないでありのままを保存をしてもらいたいと思いました。

I went to Yakushima in this winter vacation. High elevation around Jomon Sugi still a lot of snow, We really surprised such a magnificent scenery. Although there were only about 50 people in the tourist off-season, we enjoyed nature.
It is about 10 hours round trip from the bottom point until Jomon Sugi. There is no handrail bridge and long long dolly rail lines.It was very simple. I like it. Hopefully I want to save it without unnecessary equipment.

網走から、砂州が異様に長いサロマ湖、紋別、オホーツクラインの綺麗な海を見ながら、一般で行ける日本の最北端の宗谷岬、稚内、旭川、帯広、タウシュベツ橋梁と盛りだくさんのルートを楽しみました。美味しい食べ物をたくさん食べ、犬と一緒にリラックスできました。

Abashiri, long shoal Lake Saroma and Monbetsu, enjoyed in Okhotsk sea beach, then Cape Soya the northernmost in japan after that Wakkanai, Asahikawa, Obihiro, and Taushubetsugawa bridge. Beautiful views, Good Foods, we enjoyed, dog enjoyed, Everything impressed me. Relax.

夏休みをとって犬と北海道へ行って来ました。googleマップを眺めていて、以前から行ってみたいなーと思っていたところ中心に行きました。釧路湿原から根室、一般で行ける日本の最東端納沙布岬、しっぽみたいな形をした砂嘴の野付半島、知床半島、アップダウンが続く北19号線。東京には無い、息を飲むような美しい景色の連続でした。

With my dog, I went to the Hokkaido place which I had checked on google map before in this summer vacation. Kushiro wetlands, Nemuro, Cape Nosappu which the easternmost point in Japan, Notsuke peninsula like a cat tail,　then Shiretoko peninsula UNESCO world heritage site and Route N19 continues up and down. I've never seen such a beautiful continues scenic area before.

Yoyogi Park again!

尾瀬戸倉でGentemstickの試乗と、バックカントリーツアーをしてきました。
巨大なノーズと、パックリ割れたテールのGentemstick 'RocketFish' に乗って、踏み荒らさせてない新雪の山の木々の中を、サーフィンするかのようにすり抜けて行きます。ゲレンデ滑走では味わったことのない浮遊感のあるカービングと、自然と一体になれたような開放感は、言葉に出来ない感動でした。

I went to Oze-Tokura to test drive and joined the backcountry snowboarding tour. With Gentemstick's 'RocketFish' which has wide nose and separeted tail, Snowboarding into the fresh powder forest nobody's. I had never feel such a exciting snowboarding in ski slope before.

代々木公園ドッグランに愛犬と行って来ました。
うちのザックは他の犬にビビリもせず、高速で尻尾を振り大興奮で走り回りました。自分より大きな犬にまとわりついたり、水溜まりに突っ込んでいったりと、わんぱくの泥んこ坊主だけど、社交的で安心しました。

I went to Yoyogi Park DogRun with my dog.
My dog Zak was running around in his excitement wagging tail high speed, no freak out by other dogs. Cling to other big dogs and diving into the big puddle, but boy is sociable I like.

犬を飼い始めました。
ジャックラッセルテリアという犬種でイギリスのポーソン・ジョン・ラッセルが作り上げたトランプという犬が祖先だそうです。血統が管理されていない究極の雑種と呼ばれているだけあって、とても丈夫で元気いっぱいで走りまわっています。この子の父親はショーでチャンピオンで、優秀な子をブリーダーから譲ってもらいました。早速親バカ炸裂です。

I got a Jack Russell Terrier from breeder.
Originating in the early 19th century from dogs bred and used by Reverend John Russell, it has similar origins to the modern Fox terrier. It has been called the ultimate hybrid breed that is not managed. This puppy's father is a champion in the show. He is very strong and full of energy. Blind parental love.

福岡へ行って来ました。ぐりんぐりん-アイランドシティ中央公園を見てきました。
使用状況は厳しいものがありますが、この内部空間を実現しようと一致団結した情熱が伝わってきて感動しました。

I went to Grin-Grin Park by Toyo Ito in Fukuoka.
Although most facilities are not being used well, I can feel that everyone - client, designer and constructor and so on are united to achieve this special space. That impressed me.

中国の雲南省に行って来ました。隈事務所で以前担当して物件が完成しつつあり感無量です。完成した暁には詳細をブログでアップさせて頂きます。

I went to Yunnan in China. Kengo Kuma Office's project that I was in charge will be completed soon. that impress me. I will upload details in this blog when it completed.

甘孜寺
ダライ・ラマ5世の弟子が丘の上に建てた大僧院GanZi Gompa（甘孜寺）は、僧家をはさみ、その下の旧市街となだらかにつながっています。おじいちゃんと僧がチベット語で談笑しているのんびりとした町。おばあちゃんはロバを放し飼いにしてます。寺を中心にピラミッドを形成しているこの街は、他の中国の町とは全く異なります。しかし皆が幸せそうで健全な気がしました。

GanZi Gompa, built on the cliff by disciple of the Dalai Lama five, has led to the old town through the Buddhist houses. Tibetan monks were chatting with grandpa, Grandma with free-ranging donkeys. This town has formed a strong pyramid around the temple, and completely different from the other typical Chinese town. I feel everyone is happy and healthy.

色達、甘孜、炉霍
カンゼ・チベット族自治州に行きました。舗装が行き届いてない国道をバスで14時間、タルチョーがはためくカルスト大地の牧草地帯を走ります。言葉はチベット語、町もチベット。ここ自治区では漢民族はよそ者の華僑のようです。チベット人の主食、バター茶とツァンパ、バレを頂きました。

I Went to Ganzi Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. Bus goes 14hous on the bumpy rough road in the karst tableland with waving prayer flags. Tibetan town, Tibetan words, Tibetan foods. Han people looks like Chinese abroad. And I tried Tibetan butter tea and Tsanpa, barre. It was interesting.

上海で久々にザリガニを食べました。上海人はおやつ、夜食感覚で食べるようです。
美味しかったです。

Dropping into Shanghai from China project business trip, I ate a craw-fish in Shanghai. Shanghai people takes as snacks and fourth-meal. It likes a prawn with spicy source. It was good.

大学院時代のほぼ同期、隈事務所時代のほぼ同期の結婚式に行きました。二人をよく知っているだけに照れくさかったですが、どうぞお幸せに。

I went to wedding party. I know them well, He is my classmate in graduate school and co-worker in KKAA. she is co-worker in KKAA. I'm very happy for you!

国立天文台の石垣島局のVERA観測装置を見てきました。銀河系の3次元精密立体マップをつくるためのアンテナだそうです。敷地内に何時でも誰でも見学できて、割とゆるい観光名所です。20分の間に2度アンテナが自動で回転しはじめ、深夜に見たその姿は、石垣島で一番感動しました。

I visited the Ishigaki VERA telescope of National Observatory . VERA is a antenna for creating a stereoscopic 3-D map of the galaxy. Anyone can visit this tourist attractions at any time. Antenna to automatically rotate twice for 20 minutes. Most impressed in this Ishigaki trip.

竹富島は最高標高が21mしかない島ですが、1771年のM7.4大津波の時は東方海上の厚い珊瑚礁によって被害を免れたようです。珊瑚を大切にしたいですね。

Taketomi Island is the only 21m above sea level the highest.　Magnitude 7.4 Tsunami in 1771 were blocked by coral reefs on the eastern sea, No serious damage in island.

休暇で石垣島、竹富島、西表島、由布島の離島巡りをしてきました。ヨットクルージング、マングローブカヌー、トレッキングと大自然を満喫してきました。初めて食べたチヌマン（テングハギ）が美味しかったです。離島には沖縄本島とは違った時間が流れていました。

I went on vacation to Okinawa isolated islands, Ishigaki, Taketomi, Iriomote, Yubujima. I enjoyed cruising, canoeing mangroves,treking. First time to eat Naso unicornis, it was so delicious. Yaeyama islands are diffent from Okinawa island.

サウジアラビア、リヤドに行ってきました。各地で革命が起こっている中東ですが、リヤドはいつもどおりの空気感でした。

I went to Riyadh,Saudi Arabia.Though revolutions are happening all over the Middle East, Riyadh's atmosphere were as usual.

直島、豊島、犬島へ行ってきました。6年ぐらい前に研究室プロジェクトで大変お世話になって以来です。（挨拶をしたかったのですが、スタッフの方が忙しそうで呼んで頂くのも気後れしてしまいました。）　
アートと環境は、各島ともクオリティを維持されていて、志の高さに感動しました。

I went to　Naoshima, Toshima, Inujima. Almost Six years passed since Keio-university kuma-studio project finished up.
Each island art and the environment keeping the quality, I was impressed with benesse's high motive.

ハノイ、ベトナムに行ってきました。
バイク（スクーター）の数は多分、世界一。2年前に行った時より、バイク→増、自転車→減　という気がしました。特に人力車が激減したと思う。
バイクと車が行き交う混沌とした道路でもベトナム人の歩行者はスルりと横断します。ドライバーも歩行者をさらっと避けてクラクションを鳴らしません。バイクも車も、より身体的な道具のように運転します。歩行者と運転者の間に阿吽の呼吸が生まれている。全員知り合いの小さな田舎町のよう。その呼吸が心理的な歩車分離を作って、複雑な交通状況を生んでいます。ドライバーと心の会話が出来ない外国人は、いつまでも道路を横断出来ません。

このコンパクトながらの混沌とした街路と街はベトナム独特。変わらないで貰いたいと思う。

I Went to Hanoi Vietnam.
Probably, the number of motorcycle of Vietnam is top in the world. I think motorcycle increasing, rickshaw decreasing from two years ago.
Vietnamese pedestrians easily crosses in this chaotic road.Driver never horn. I think that motorcycle and car are like more human scale's tools for Vietnamese. And driver and pedestrian can talk in mind, like people in the small town that everyone know each other. That relation makes it possible to separate pedestrian and vehicle and also causes chaotic traffic more. Foreigner can not cross the street because can't talk with driver in mind.
Here Hanoi is chaotic, compact, unique. Hopefully not change.

リヤドのゴールドスークに行きました。旧市街にあるスークあたりの建築は日乾煉瓦と泥塗が残っており、昔ながらのリヤドの面影を強く残しています。迷路のような路地に、窓のない泥壁、湧いて出てくる痩せた猫、どこからともなく聞こえるアザーン。誇りを持って保存をして貰いたいと思います。

I went to the Gold Souk in Riyadh. Old Town building still remains the mud brick and wall. It has left traditional memories of Riyadh. Maze-like alleys, Mud walls with no windows, Thin cat springs out, Sound azan from anywhere. I hope it saved.

出張のついでに、アラブ首長国連邦アブダビのヤス島、フェラーリ・ワールドとYASホテルに行きました。
ヤス島では未だ、国の息が掛かった大規模な開発が続いています。YAS HOTELはガラスのスクリーンに覆われた2コブの建物の間を、F１が爆音で通り抜けて行く大胆なプランニングでした。Asymptoteの設計、ディテールのクオリティも高く、今まで見たホテルの中で一番かっこいいホテルでした。
一方、Benoy Architects設計のフェラーリ・ワールドは、設計監理もコンテンツも残念なものでした。

I went to Ferrari World & YAS Hotel in Abu Dhabi during business trip.YAS Island will continue to be in large-scale development of the country. F1 cars run through the center of building which covered with glass screens of YAS Hotel. Asymptote's design is high quality, Best hotel in the world what I have seen before. On the other hand, Ferrari World by Benoy Architects was awful contents and supervision.

出張のついでに、九寨溝と黄龍風景区へ行ってきました。
どちらも世界遺産。息を飲むような美しさでした。
空港からの道のりは標高3500m以上、森林限界に積雪が残り、チベット族のタルチョー（カラフルな旗）がはためく村を通過していきます。タクシーの運転手は黒く焼けていて民族的な顔つきをしている。
九寨溝が1970年代まで発見されていなかったように、この辺り一帯は世界から取り残されたような時間の流れや独自の美しさがありました。

Then a business trip, I went to Jiuzhaigou valley and Huanglong scenic area.
Both the World Heritage. The beauty was breathtaking.
The road from the airport is more than 3500m above sea level. Altitude sickness, Timberline snow to remain, Tibetan Tarucho (colorful flag) flying through the village, with ethnic taxi drivers.
Jiuzhaigou has not been found as the 70s, There are the beauty left behind.

出張のついでに、成都パンダ繁殖育成研究基地に行ってきました。
日本だとガラスケースに入っているパンダ、ここでは放し飼いになっていて、かなりの至近距離で見ることが出来ます。放し飼いのパンダは、着ぐるみを着たオッサンみたいでとても愛嬌がありました。
ここでは週に一匹づつのペースで赤ちゃんが生まれていて、絶滅の危機はなさそうでした。

I went to the Chengdu Panda Base. Though panda in Japan has been fed into the glass case, Panda here is a free-range. Panda Baby are born one by one a week is not the crisis of extinction.
Charming panda to act like a old man wearing a costume.
